Welcome to Hearts Out Animal Shelter where our mission is to rescue and rehabilitate neglected, abandoned, and abused animals. Here in Waipahu, HI we provide medical care, nutrition, shelter and love. We are a NO KILL facility supporting young, adult and aging animals. To some we are a "forever home" and sanctuary. Our organization champions and promotes the compassionate and humane treatment of all rescued animals. We are all so honored to be of service.

Windward Community College - Veterinary Assistant Program
In an effort to increase the quality of veterinary care on Oahu, we have partnered with Windward Community College to both provide needed care for our animals and hands-on training for the students.
